What changes when you sell from Karachi
The catalogue is the problem, not the theme
Most Karachi sellers are not short of products — they are short of a way to manage them. Stock arrives from Jodia Bazar, Sher Shah or straight off a container, and the range changes faster than anyone wants to update a website by hand. So a Karachi build starts with bulk import, a sane variant structure and inventory rules. A theme demo that looks perfect with 40 products behaves very differently at 400.
Wholesale and retail on the same store
Plenty of Karachi businesses sell both ways — retail to someone who found them on Instagram, and bulk to a shopkeeper who reorders the same ten items every month.
