We started Blazelogix in 2019 after a decade of running in-house marketing at companies most agencies pitch to. Today we are 15 senior operators working with 40 brands across SaaS, ecommerce, and B2B services.

Blazelogix started as a Slack channel of seven friends, all former in-house marketing leaders at venture-backed companies. We had hired (and fired) more agencies than we could count, and we were tired of decks that sounded great in the pitch and quietly underperformed for the next eighteen months.
Our hypothesis was simple: marketing should be judged on the same numbers a CFO judges any other line item. Contribution margin, payback, lifetime value, ROAS. So we built an agency around the four channels that compound — SEO, paid, social, and content — and tied every deliverable back to a number you can see on a P&L.
Seven years later we are 15 people serving 40 brands, with an average client engagement of 18 months. We have shipped over 250 projects, generated more than $400M in attributable client revenue, and we still write our own strategy documents — by hand, in plain English, with our names on them.
